LunchBoxed is a meal box ordering platform that connects customers with restaurant partners. We facilitate the ordering and delivery of customizable meal boxes to your specified address.

3. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by our restaurant partners
  • Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes
  • Delivery fees and tips are added at checkout
  • You must provide accurate contact and delivery information
  • Orders cannot be modified after submission

4. Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of ordering
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through Stripe
  • All transactions are processed securely
  • You agree to pay all charges incurred, including taxes and fees

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on conditions
  • You must be available to receive your order at the specified address
  • Delivery is available only within our service areas
  • We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparation
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately
  • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis

7. Food Safety and Allergies

  • Menu items may contain allergens; please review ingredients carefully
  • We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation environments
  • If you have severe allergies, please contact the restaurant directly
  • Consume delivered food promptly for best quality and safety

8. Limitation of Liability

LunchBoxed acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurant partners. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Food quality or preparation by restaurant partners
  • Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control
  • Allergic reactions or food-related illness
  • Loss of data or service interruptions

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
  • Resell or redistribute orders without authorization

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
